Secondary Schools

Melanoma is the most commonly diagnosed cancer in young Australians aged 12-24 years. By making simple behaviour changes now they can minimise their chances of developing skin cancer in the future.

Cancer Council ACT encourages ALL secondary schools and colleges to reinforce the importance of skin cancer prevention and awareness. There are a number of resources that are available to ACT schools that are committed toward the long-term health and wellbeing of their students and staff alike.
