Yoga for Self Care

Self care is important for everyone during all stages of cancer treatment. It is also important for the carers supporting you. This blended two hour practice is designed for you and your carer to share some time together to rest and recharge. The yoga practice includes gentle, accessible movements, breathing and mindfulness practices, plus the opportunity to practice together with your carer. You can come on your own or with your carer.
