Introduction to Tai Chi

This program is for people affected by cancer (from diagnosis, during treatment and after treatment) including their family members and carers.

Tai Chi is a gentle, low-impact practice that combines movement and meditation to support balance, calm, and overall wellbeing.

Join experienced facilitator Brett (from Tai Chi Academy) as he guides you through slow, flowing movements designed to balance energy, encourage mindfulness and reduce stress. These sessions are ideal for people looking to reconnect with their bodies and feel grounded.

Each session is about 75-minutes. Chairs are provided. No experience necessary.

It is essential that you register for every ENHANCE Wellbeing session you wish to attend before you attend the session. This is to ensure the safety and welfare of all participants, Cancer Council ACT staff and session facilitators. If you are not registered, unfortunately staff will have to turn you away from the session. Please register to avoid disappointment.
