Weekly ENHANCE social tiles 002 v11
Indoor Rowing offers participants affected by cancer (from diagnosis, during treatment and after treatment) a gentle, supportive way to rebuild strength, improve endurance, and experience the psychological benefits of movement and connection.

The friendly coaches from Red Shed will guide you every step of the way, so you can enjoy the benefits of rowing in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Sessions will include:

  • Warm-up stretching

  • Rowing machine set up for comfort and efficiency.

  • Breaking down the rowing stroke into manageable parts - legs, core, arms and hands. You can choose to focus on individual elements or combine everything for a full-body workout.

  • A cool-down period to help you feel strong, relaxed, and energised.

No experience is required, all equipment will be provided.

It is essential that you register for every ENHANCE session you wish to attend before you attend the session. This is to ensure the safety and welfare of all participants, CCACT staff and session facilitators. If you are not registered, unfortunately staff will have to turn you away from the session. Please register to avoid disappointment.
