General SunSmart Information Session

The Cancer Council offers a General SunSmart Information Session that is suitable for all types of workplaces and community groups. The session reminds employees and group members about the real dangers associated with overdoing it in the Australian sun. It is ideal for government departments, organisations, community groups and local businesses.

To book a General SunSmart Session simply complete a Booking Form and return or fax it to the Cancer Council ACT.

Note: Discounts may apply for community groups and not for profit organisations.

SunSmart Outdoor Workplace Resources and Information Sessions

Outdoor workers whom are required to work for long periods of time in the sun, day in day out, year after year, have a higher than average risk of developing skin cancer. If you spend all or part of your work day outside and are concerned about the dangers associated with over exposure to solar ultraviolet radiation then click here to view our resources for outdoor workplaces.

Skin cancer is a national OH&S priority area.
