The Cancer Council ACT relies heavily on the support of the community to help raise much needed funds for cancer research, education and prevention programs, and supportive care activities.  These funds are raised by a number of different means including bequests, donations and fundraising activities.

Community Fundraising

                                                           
The Council also supports Community Fundraising events that are organised by community groups or individuals, with funds donated to Cancer Council ACT.

Trivia nights, BBQ’s, raffles and dinner dances are a great opportunity to get together with friends family and workmates and raise much needed funds for the Council.

To discuss fundraising ideas further email events@actcancer.org or please call 02 6257 9999. If you are interested in organising a fundraising event to raise cancer awarnress and funds for Cancer Council ACT please complete and return a CCACT Fundraising Proposal form.

The Cancer Council ACT has a range of volunteer roles requiring different amounts of time. Please complete the Volunteering Form to register your interest.
